What area's do you deliver? 

A full list of locations we deliver to is available here,  if your location is not on our delivery list please contact us to see if we can arrange something for you! 


What days and times do you deliver?

We offer next day delivery from Wednesday to Sunday for orders placed before 5pm or by appointment after contact on Mondays and Tuesdays. On special holidays such as Mothers Day we do offer delivery over weekends.  We deliver from 9am - 5.30pm, unfortunately we cannot give a set time that your order will be delivered.

Why does my plant look slightly different to the photo on the website?

Each of our plants are hand selected from local growers so therefore we can provide you with healthy, lush plants.  No two plants are the same, each plant varies in growth/leaf shape and size so therefore we can not provide you with the exact plant that is photographed on our website.  However your plant will be almost identical, we would never substitute quality for any of our deliveries. 


I want to order a plant in advance, how can I do this? 

To order a plant in advance (up to two weeks) please leave us a note in the section at checkout with the date that you would like your gift to be delivered.  We will then send you a confirmation email letting you know that we have received the delivery date for your reference.

What if the recipient is not at home?

We highly recommend that the delivery goes to a business or residential address where you know that someone will be there to accept the delivery.  If there is no one home we will do our best to find a safe spot to leave the delivery, we will send a text to the phone number you provided on ordering letting you know that the delivery has been made so you can let the recipient know there is something special waiting for them!


What if I supply you the wrong address for delivery?

It is your responsibility to provide us with the correct address when placing an order, including the unit or apartment number if applicable.  Please double check your delivery address before submitting an order.  If you supply us the wrong address and we are unable to deliver the order, a redelivery fee will be charged. 


Can I change my mind after placing an order?

If you change your mind after you have placed your order, please contact us as soon as possible so we can amend or cancel your order.  Please note amendments and cancellations are only available before your order has left for delivery.
